Mark Clarke, Owner

Mark combined his love for the ocean with his marine management experience. A Coast Guard Licensed captain, Mark returned to the Vineyard after years of working in Miami Florida. Mark established over 10 years ago - MV Ocean Sports. The island's largest recreational boating company. In addition, Mark owns and operates MV Hardwood Floors, the island's premier flooring company.

Carmine Cerone, Principal Broker

She has been a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker for over 25 years. Initially her work in the industry was in development, management, consulting and sales of large commercial and residential projects in the Boston area and throughout the northeast corridor. As Associate Professor of Boston University she lectured on the basics of real estate development. After a two year sojourn in Paris, Carmine moved to the Vineyard in 1995 where she had been a long time summer resident. Christine Rose, Certified Buyer's Agent/Broker

Christine, a New Englander from birth, has long-standing ties to Martha's Vineyard. Living on Island in the early 80's, Christine left for California to pursue her studies, get her degree and indulge her penchant for exotic world travel. Alida O'Loughlin, Broker

Alida is our Office Historian. She has worked with CENTURY 21 Island-Wide Realty, Inc. for the last 16 years and she has lived through the real-estate cycles on the Island through both ups and downs. In a previous life she was the Director of the Cambridge Center for Adult Education on Brattle Street in Cambridge and worked for International Organizations for many years. Being a recognized photographer on the Vineyard she brings and experienced eye to the many houses and landscapes CENTURY 21 Island-Wide Realty, Inc. has dealt with in the course of time.

Ed Pierce, Broker

Ed has been a licensed real estate agent/broker faithfully serving many a client and customer in sales & rentals on the Vineyard since 1984. Ed moved to the Vineyard in 1981 from Falmouth active in the landscape design, construction, maintenance profession, continuing here as Ed Pierce Co. Scott's ties to the Vineyard go all the way back to his childhood. Born and raised in New Jersey he spent every summer at the family cottage on the Vineyard. He has lived on the island year-round since 1982. Scott got his start in the building trades as a carpenter and has run his own quality building and remodeling business on the island for the past 15 years. Ali is all about beginnings. She's new to the island, and just at the beginning of her real estate career. Ali has lived on Martha's Vineyard for a little over a year now and is completely enamored of its pristine natural beauty, its charming homes and its down -to- earth, friendly people. She's a small town girl, having grown up in Rochester MA and graduating high school in its tri-town school system in 2001.
